Parcel 92 is bounded by Nunley Street, Paton Street, & Hanover Street. The extension of Roy Street and creation of a new alley will help define the neighboorhood. This phase of construction will be the first introduction of Market Rate housing into the mixed-neighboorhood development. While the Market Rate homes will be constructed by an independent developer, your assistance is needed to create housing for both Habitat and Creative Housing Families.
A mixed-income, mixed-use community. Habitat for Humanity, The Charlottesville Community Design Center and the residents of Sunrise Trailer Court have joined forces to create a new prototype for transforming substandard housing without displacing residents.
