VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES
Construction
Habitat welcomes to the jobsite people of all skill levels. Our patient and knowledgeable crew leaders will train you to perform the task of the day. Please contact Volunteer Manager Katie Geisshuesler, or call the Habitat office at 293-9066 for more information about how to get involved.
Habitat also is always in need of skilled and semi-skilled volunteers. If you have experience as a professional or are especially handy, please don’t be shy about letting us know! We will do our best to plan a task that allows you to put your time and skills to good use.
Due to liability restrictions, all volunteers on the construction site must be at least 16 years of age. However, our Youth United program and family-friendly activities offer abundant opportunities for volunteers of all ages to make a difference.
Mid Week Crew Committed, weekly volunteers who work on the job site Wednesday and Thursday. Members range from novice do-it-yourselfers to handy homeowners to experienced Habitat volunteers, some of whom have been volunteering to build Habitat houses for over a decade. New midweekers are always welcome. Improve your skills and help others sharpen theirs Learn more about the Mid-week Crew.
Volunteer Crew Leaders Skilled volunteers who lead groups on big build days, helping us build more efficiently and accommodate more volunteers.

Landscaping and Gardening
