Habitat Store Retail Associate (Part-time)

Habitat for Humanity of Greater Charlottesville is hiring a Part Time Retail Associate at the Habitat Store. Retail Associates work 100% on the sales floor, interfacing directly with the public to screen and process donations and help customers load items they have purchased. In addition, the Retail Associate supports all retail operations; from maintaining Store organization and cleanliness to providing excellent customer service, the Retail Associate is an integral part of the Habitat Store team. Positive attitude and excellent communication skills a must.

Habitat Store Warehouse Coordinator

Habitat for Humanity of Greater Charlottesville is hiring a Full Time Warehouse Coordinator at the Habitat Store. The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for the maintenance and organization of the Habitat Store’s 5,000 square foot warehouse. Additional duties include oversight of donation pickup request logistics, screening and processing donations, supporting retail activity on the sales floor and providing superior customer service. Construction Crew Leader

Habitat for Humanity of Greater Charlottesville is currently seeking a full-time Construction Crew Leader for a one year internship position. Crew Leaders support Charlottesville's Habitat affiliate in the construction of quality, affordable housing for hard-working, local families. Over the course of the internship Crew Leaders gain hands-on training in general carpentry and construction, learning valuable skills for individuals interested in the fields of contracting, architecture or land development. After sufficient training, Crew Leaders are also responsible for leading volunteer groups in various construction tasks such as framing, painting, siding and drywall.  Crew Leading at Habitat for Humanity of Greater Charlottesville is an excellent opportunity for eager individuals with a positive attitude who enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment.  Click here for full job description.
