Appliances Appliances must be no more than five years old and in perfect working condition.
Typical Inventory:
- Dishwashers
- Washer/dryer
- Water heaters
- Refrigerators
- Microwave ovens
- Cook tops
- Ovens (drop-in or free standing)
Architectural Mantels, columns, stained and leaded glass windows, etc.
Typical Inventory includes:
- Mantels

Cabinets Cabinets must have all doors and drawers. We accept both kitchen and bathroom cabinets in sets or individuals pieces. Must have no structural or water damage.

- Kitchen cabinets
- Bathroom cabinets
- Workshop, office, and miscellaneous storage cabinets
Doors Doors must be in excellent condition,with no rotted wood, broken glass, or peeling paint. No doors over 84" tall. Storm doors must have all tracking.
Typical inventory includes:
- Pre-hung or slabs
- Exterior or interior
- Bifold doors
- French door sets
- Sliding glass doors
- Storm doors
- Residential electrical items only. No large donations of miscellaneous electrical stock. NO COMMERCIAL ITEMS!
We can only accept new carpet, which must be at least 10' x 10'. Carpet padding must be new and at least 5' x 5'.
Hardwood flooring with no splitting or cracking - must be at least 25 square feet.
Vinyl and ceramic tile must be at least 25 square feet and in excellent condition

Wood furniture in excellent condition.
Upholstered furniture in excellent condition (no stains, pet hair, smoke smells,tears in the upholstery, etc.)
Outdoor furniture in excellent condition.

Hardware Complete sets of door hardware, hinges, etc. Any quantity of nails, screws, fasteners, hangers, connectors, etc.

Lighting Lighting must be complete and in excellent condition. WE DO NOT ACCEPT FLUORESCENT FIXTURES, CAN (RECESSED) LIGHTS, OR TRACK LIGHTING.
Typical inventory includes:
- Interior Fixtures (chandeliers,sconces, flush mount, celing fans, pendants)
- Exterior fixtures (sconces, flush mount, post lighting)
Lumber Lumber must be at least 6 ft in length, with no nails or warping; Sheet goods (particleboard, plywood, and paneling) must be at least half sheets with no damage; trim and molding at least 6 ft in length.

Miscellaneous Miscellaneous building and decorating products such as wallpaper, gas logs, free standing wood stoves, shutters, window AC units (under 5 years old), and brick/block. Hand and power tools (in perfect
working condition)

- Shutters
- AC units (less than 5 years old)
- Brick/block

- Vehicles
Paint WE ARE NO LONGER ACCEPTING PAINT OF ANY KIND!
Plumbing Plumbing items must be in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, or rust.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT CAST IRON BATHTUBS (unless they are clawfoot and in excellent condition)
WE ONLY ACCEPT LOW-FLOW COMMODES - 1.6 gpf

- Pedestal and drop-in bathroom sinks
- Fiberglass bathtubs with no cracks
- Commodes
- Complete faucets

Windows Windows must be complete units (with all sashes and frame) with no rotted wood, cracked glass, or foggy glass.
