Youth United Fundraisers

Here are some examples of past Youth United Fundraisers:

Rake-A-Thon - Youth United and Habitat-UVA co-hosted the third annual Rake-A-Thon on November 8-9, 2014. Over 70 youth volunteers worked together to rake yards, raising $1500 towards house sponsorship.

Benefit Dinner- Youth United put on a Benefit Dinner to celebrate the current Partner Families and make others in the Charlottesville community more aware of the work that Youth United does as the youth driven chapter of Habitat for Humanity. Local restaurants were asked to make in-kind food donations, and art made by participating schools was auctioned off.

Youth Serve Saturday CAR WASH -  Youth United kicked off their first Saturday of service with a Car Wash at the Habitat Store. Customers were asked to pay what they wish in return for a clean vehicle. All funds raised benefitted the Youth United house sponsorship for the Martin family in Sunrise Park.
